Step by step instruction of cooking Biryani

Start to cook 1 kg of rice with the salt in 1450 ml of water (for color, you can add a bunch of saffron before the rice is ready)

While the rice is cooking, cook vegetables with chicken.
Melt 170 g of butter in a frying pan.

Add the 50 grams cashew nuts, 50 g raisins, 100 grams of onion rings, 100 g of tomatoes, 100 grams garlic and ginger paste.

Put 500 gr chicken fillet, diced. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
