Kanji is a kind of porridge made from white rice which is often served for Breakfast throughout the Far East. This porridge is prepared with water or you can use flavoured soup with the addition of various types of meat, fish or eggs. Recipe rice is cooked to the swelling and almost complete destruction of grains. - Wild rice - 1/2 stack.

Step by step instruction of cooking Porridge in explanation Kanji
To make porridge use wild rice from the Mistral.
For quicker cooking wild rice porridge filled with water for 6-8 hours. Then washed the rice and cook in a ratio of 1:2 until cooked (depending on the intensity of boiling and evaporation of water can pour).
Chop the garlic, onion, ginger, pepper.
Fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
