- Water - 700 ml

Step by step instruction of cooking Homemade wheat bread
In a deep dish ( I have a plastic bucket) pour warm boiled water, dissolve in it the yeast, sugar and salt.
Sift flour. I do everything right in the bucket, stirring occasionally. When the consistency will come on a very thick dough, I spread on the table and promaseal hands, so as not to leave lumps.
When the dough is sufficiently pliable and longer stick - back in the bucket to rise. After about 1.5 hours knead again and give up. Then grease the form of vegetable oil, hands and also spread the dough in shape.
Give a little rise.
Meanwhile heat up the oven. I bake at 200°C (but the oven is different) 60 min.
