Ingredients for Cottage cheese dessert with banana and strawberries
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Milk - 1.5 stack.
- Curd - 400 g
- Sour cream - 250 g
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Vanilla sugar - 2 tbsp
- Chocolate milk - 50 g
- Banana - 2 PCs
- Strawberry - 10 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Cottage cheese dessert with banana and strawberries
Soak gelatine in cold milk and leave to swell. Swollen gelatin is heated to complete dissolution, but do not boil.
Meanwhile, the cheese (if very grainy, then RUB through a sieve) and whip cream with a mixer.
In a hot solution of gelatine to enter the sugar and vanilla sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Drain.
Add the gelatin mixture to the curd and again mix well.
The mass will be slightly warm.
