3. Add Bay leaf and saffron.

4. Pour 2 cups of water, stir, bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes.

(I had only 2 fish species: hake and salmon)

6. Add to the pan the fish after 3-5 minutes - seafood and cook for 5-10 minutes (if the seafood is cooked frozen, cook less).

8. The contents of the pan through a sieve (who are very lazy - you can use a blender), blend again pour into it. Quickly bring the soup to a boil. Add the fish and seafood. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid.
