Step by step instruction of cooking The kidneys in Russian
At night, for removal of peculiar smell, to soak the kidneys in cold water with vinegar. In the morning rinse well and cut into very thin slices (slices). Carrots and pickled cucumbers cut into polyolene or more rings. Onion half-rings.
Carrot stew with onions, under cover, until tender. Add diced tomatoes, pre-clearing it from the skin (or you can wipe in the blender). Simmer for another 10-15min.
