Step by step instruction of cooking Warm salad with liver "Estate"

To prepare this salad you can take as beef and chicken liver. Remove from the liver of the film, dry it with a paper towel, it is easier to work with frozen product. Cut beef liver strips. If chicken liver, cut pieces in half.
