A rich, aromatic and tasty stew of duck meat with addition of fresh lemon juice and spices.

- The juice of a freshly squeezed - 1 tbsp
- Duck - 500 g
- Ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Water - 1 Cup.
- Mustard - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Stew of duck with lemon juice
Squeeze lemon juice directly on the meat. I cut the meat in small pieces, so they quickly fried.
Add ground ginger and mustard, salt to taste.
In a pan pour olive oil. The slices of meat roll in flour.
Fry the meat pieces until Golden brown.
Pour the meat with water. Add the garlic and simmer under a lid until tender.
At the end of cooking add finely chopped dill. Stir.
Goulash served hot or warm.
