- Butter - 50 g

- Tomato - 1 kg
- Eggplant - 1.5 kg

Step by step instruction of cooking Mangia
To start, prepare the ingredients, then it quickly.
Onion, pepper cut into medium cubes.
Tomatoes peeled and also cut.
Eggplant peeled, cut, boiled in salted water for about 5-7 min.
Fry onion in butter until the acquisition of the white-gold color. Add washed chicken. Do not add water! Simmer on low heat covered for about 5-7 minutes (if the chicken - 10 min). Add the chopped tomatoes and pepper, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes, until soft. Add boiled eggplant, salt, pepper. Simmer about 5 min., then add homemade cream (sour cream).
