An interesting mix of three flavors – sweet beets, salty fish and sour Apple. The salad is bright, juicy and very tasty.

Step by step instruction of cooking Salad of sardines with Apple and beets

Boil beetroot until tender, cool and peel.
Then cut into small cubes and marinate with a mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
