This is a dish I often make for a festive table.

Step by step instruction of cooking Manty with meat and potatoes

Knead the dough on kefir (flour, yogurt, salt, egg). Let the dough sit for 20 minutes (yogurt will taste better).

Chop spring onions.

Cut potatoes into small cubes.

Add the onion, potatoes, salt, pepper to the mince and a good move.

Roll out the dough into a layer, cut into medium-sized squares and on each square put the filling - 1st. spoon (can be less).

The squares with stuffing fasten the edges - the first cross (will be similar to the pillow).

Then seal it "ears" (will be similar to a boat).

Special pan (disks) brush with vegetable oil and place dumplings, leaving the place.

The pan is double, in the bottom of the pan pour water. When the boil - add salt and put on top of another part of the pan. Bring to a boil on the stove for 40 minutes (the cover should not be opened until ready).
