Ingredients for Bagels
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Margarine - 200 g
- Flour - 350 g
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Bagels
Knead all dough ingredients in foodprocessor, that's all. Well before using to hold the dough in the fridge for about an hour.
Roll the dough thin layer, about 3 mm. Divide the circle into parts, put on the edge of each piece and stuffing a collapsible tube, so that the thin end of the bagel was upstairs.
Bake croissants at 180 degrees.
Allow them to cool. Thoroughly whisk the egg in a separate bowl, mix sugar with cinnamon.
Now every bagel dip in egg, then in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Allow bagels to dry out. You can treat your guests!
