Classic is always in fashion, and if you complement it with a bright, juicy red currant with a delicate shade of orange, it turns a magical dessert.
Ingredients for Cheesecake with red currants
- Flour - 115 g
- Butter - 75 g
- Brown sugar - 45 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Cream cheese - 400 g
- Brown sugar - 110 g
- Cream - 150 ml
- Yolk egg - 3 PCs
- Potato starch - 1.5 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp
- Red currants - 300 g
- Brown sugar - 100 g
- Orange - 0,25 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Cheesecake with red currants
Set the oven to preheat at 170 degrees. All the ingredients for the base mix well to separate the pieces of butter.
In the end, the whole mass can be rolled into a ball that cracks when pressed. Take the form 20-22cm. vystelim the bottom with parchment for baking. Distribute based on the bottom of the form, put bake for 15-20 minutes.
While the base is in the oven prepare the filling cheesecake. Take cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and starch, RUB until smooth with a mixer you can with a spoon.
Then add the egg yolks, stir again. Pour in the cream and again all mix well.
The Foundation took a little, took it out of the oven and pour all the filling, even out and place into the oven at the same temperature for 45-55 minutes.
When the berries start to boil reduce the flame and cook on low heat until our filling thickens. Check dropping on a silver platter if the droplet freezes from the top like a jelly, then fill ready. Turn off the heat and add the pending berry mix allow to cool a little.
Pour the filling into the cheesecake and allow it to cool completely. Put on an hour in the refrigerator before full hardening. Serve cold with a Cup of hot tea.
