Ingredients for Pie "Berry treasure"
- Brown sugar - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Yogurt - 150 ml
- Flour - 150 g
- Butter - 20 g
- Oat flakes - 4 tbsp
- Red currants - 100 g
- Black currants - 100 g
- Raspberry - 100 g
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Pie "Berry treasure"
For baking I use unrefined cane sugar "Demerara" TM "Mistral". It gives an incredible caramel flavor, color and aroma.
Egg whisk with sugar to increase mass in 2 times.
Add the yogurt and stir.
Mix the flour with the baking powder. Sift. Add to the batter and beat with a mixer.
Form 20-22 cm grease with butter and sprinkle with a thin layer of cereal with no gaps.
The berries are mixed among themselves and add it on the cereal.
From top to pour the dough and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
It looks like this! And very soft when eating! Oatmeal, as such, is not felt.
Decorate cake with icing sugar and fresh berries and serve!
