Phoned mother-in-law comes to visit for tea. Urgently needed something quick to make for tea. We went to cranberries, was cheese and some white chocolate. A soft, delicate texture of the dough, with sour cranberries, and in the middle the filling of cottage cheese and white chocolate. Turned out delicious, ate it all at once, not even had time to cool down.
Ingredients for Cupcakes with cranberries and cream cheese filling
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Cranberries - 0.5 stack.
- Curd - 50-60 g
- White chocolate - 15-20 g
