Ingredients for Khachapuri with Adygei cheese
- Milk - 0,5 stack.
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 g
- Salt - 1 g
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Adyghe cheese - 250 g
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 70 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Khachapuri with Adygei cheese
In warm milk bred salt, sugar, yeast (1 heaping tablespoon). Add the sunflower oil, mix thoroughly. Add flour and knead the dough. It will be sticky. Cover with a cloth and leave for 40 minutes to rise.
After 40 min, the dough increases in 2-3 times in size. Then it is ready.
Roll out the dough into a thin pellet, slightly prisypaya flour.
On the middle put the grated cheese and the oil drain.
Bring the edges of the pellet to the centre, gluing them. Flip the cake and roll out the fondant thinly.
Mix the yolk and milk. Our cake pour into pan or form, lubricated with oil. Prick with a fork across the surface and brush with mixture of egg yolk with milk.
