It's hard to say that this dish tastes better: chicken pieces, vegetables or vegetable, in any case, the dish is very tasty. The original recipe called "Chicken.. .", but I decided to expand "border". I recommend to prepare.

Ingredients for Chicken sautéed in Hungarian
- Chicken thigh - 4 PCs
- Onion - 4 PCs
- Pepper - 4 PCs
- Tomato - 4 PCs
- Broth - 0,5 stack.
- Sour cream - 0,5 stack.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Butter - 3 tbsp.
- Black pepper
- Peppers red hot chilli
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken sautéed in Hungarian
Products. The photo shows the mismatch values, and in some places quantities of vegetables stated in the ingredients but it is only an attempt to average size. I cooked chicken thighs.
Cut chicken thighs into two pieces (to cook fillets or a whole chicken-chicken, you can see the approximate size pieces), salt and pepper. Onion cut a quarter-rings, tomatoes slices, pepper strips parsley - finely.
Fry the chicken pieces in a mixture of olive and butter.
Removed the chicken from the pan and fry the onion until soft.
Then added the onions to the tomato slices, poured broth, and stewed until tender with tomato, about 5 minutes.
Returned the frying pan to the vegetables, chicken pieces and put out under the lid on low heat for 20 minutes.
Added in the middle of the sliced pepper.
It was the turn of cream, after it is added, salt and pepper (to your taste), stirred and warmed dish for another 5 minutes.
When serving, put the cell on a dish sprinkled with parsley.
