Very tasty cake with apples, puff bottom and delicate, airy Apple mousse. This mousse is so delicious that you can pour it into kremanku with some berries and it will be gorgeous as an independent dessert.
Ingredients for Cake with Apple mousse
- The dough is flaky unleavened - 250 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Condensed milk - 0,5 ban.
- Leavening agent - 0.5 package.
- Flour - 4 tbsp
- Apple - 700 g
- Water - 2.5 stack.

Step by step instruction of cooking Cake with Apple mousse

The obtained dough is spread over apples, send in the oven, preheated to 180gr. for 30-40 minutes the Dough I had ready in 20 minutes, but the apples were harsh. So I covered the form with foil and bake 40 min.
