Made for dinner tonight braised cabbage, fine beans "Black eye", with the addition of ginger root. The dish turned out very flavorful, moderately spicy, hearty. Kale took in the aroma of ginger and a little spiciness from the tomato sauce. The sauce I make myself from Iranian tomato paste with added hops-suneli, nutmeg and oregano, so the cabbage except ginger and sauce (condiments), nothing else is added. Of course, the braised cabbage can be cooked and on the plate, I just used the slow cooker. Try it! maybe you will like this combination of products. The dish is very tasty and lean.

- Cabbage - 900 g
- Carrots - 2 PCs

- Salt - 1 tsp.

- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Water - 1/2 stack.

Prepare the products. Nachinaem the cabbage, carrots grate on medium grater or whatever you like. This procedure I did in a mini-food processor. It took me 3 minutes.
But first we will put to boil the beans. The required amount of beans, wash, pour 2 multistone water bring to a boil and cook over high heat 3 minutes. Merge.
Again the beans, fill with water, now 1:5, i.e. 5 multiseasonal water, bring to a boil, diminish the heat, add 2 tbsp lemon juice or wine vinegar, salt (to taste), but do not forget that cabbage we will also add some salt, cover and cook for 25 minutes. Our beans are ready.
The cabbage together with the carrots and salt, stir and lightly press that would drain juice, add the grated ginger and mix everything again, unless you have a very sweet cabbage and carrots, add only 1 tablespoon of sugar, otherwise the sugar peremjat taste of ginger. I sugar is not added, although the cabbage and the carrots were not very sweet, nevertheless for me personally, the sweetness enough.
In the bowl multivarki pour oil and put all the cabbage. The program installed "Baking" for 40 minutes. Close the lid, every 10 minutes I look and stir. After 20 minutes, pour 50-70 ml water and cook until the end of the program.
15 minutes before the end add the prepared beans and stir. and prepare up to the end of the program.
5 minutes before the end add 2 tablespoons of yellow or tomato paste, or tomato sauce. I prepare the sauce myself without vinegar. After completing the program, immediately put in a bowl.
Served either as a side dish to meat, poultry, fish, cheese. I filed as a separate dish with oladimi squash caviar, just as a light dinner.
