Ingredients for Porridge made from millet flakes with apricots
- Wheat flakes - 1 Cup.
- Milk - 2.5 stack.
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Banana - 2 PCs
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 3 tbsp.
- Orange - 1 piece
- Apricot - 400 g
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Wheat flakes
Step by step instruction of cooking Porridge made from millet flakes with apricots
For porridge I use millet flakes from TM Mistral.
I make a morning porridge with milk always on the water. Pour cereal with milk and cook according to instructions.
Apricots - remove the bones and cut into quarters.
Before the shutdown porridge add a pinch of salt, sugar and a Pat of butter (about tablespoon).
Orange squeezing the juice, pour into the pan, put 2 tablespoons of butter (oil will zagustit our sauce), add 1 tablespoon of honey, bring to a boil and put the sliced apricots. Stirring proverjaem apricots about 2 minutes.
Banana peel, cut into slices.
Cereal should be mixed in a banana. Spread on top of the apricots, pour the sauce and serve.
