Curd-shortbread cookies with apples

The usual, cottage cheese biscuits, you can tune in a new way... if you cook it with Apple filling!!! Cookies turns out tender and crumbly in texture, with juicy and flavorful filling! The result:a very winning and delicious combination!

Well chilled butter cut into cubes and mix with the sifted flour into crumbs.

Add cottage cheese and vanilla sugar.

Knead the dough (if necessary, depends on the density of the curd, you can add more flour but not more than 50 g). Wrap the dough with clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the apples, peel and cut into thin slices.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll out the layer with a thickness of about 3 mm. Cut with glass or cookie cutter circles.

Put on one half of the Apple slices. Optionally the slices can be sprinkled with cinnamon sugar!
And cover with the other half, slightly pressing the edges.

Lay biscuits on the baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Give the liver to cool. Sprinkle with optional powdered sugar.
