- Cream - 200 ml
- Dutch cheese - 50 g
- Wine white semi-dry - 50 ml
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking Farfalle with salmon

Salmon fillet cut into medium-sized pieces.

Fry in a little olive oil on high heat for 1 min.

Add 2 tbsp soy sauce Kikkoman.

Fry for another 1 min.

Add the cream and wine, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 min.

Sprinkle cheese, grated on a fine grater, dried garlic. Optionally add salt and pepper.
