Step-by-step instruction of cooking Turkey with apples


Step 1

Method of preparation:
The raisins soak in water for about 1 hour.
Boil the rice in salted water.
Onion cut into quarter-rings. Chopped onions together with the raisins and fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil.


Step 2

Turkey meat cut across the grain in small slices with a thickness of about 0.5 cm pieces Fry in a well heated frying pan for 2 minutes on both sides. Salt meat to taste.

Mix 2 tbsp sunflower oil 2 tbsp soy sauce. Add the ground paprika.


Step 3

Mix onion, raisins, meat and rice.

Apples clean, cut in half, cut out the core and cut into slices about the same size as the slices of Turkey.


Step 4

Add apples to other ingredients. Season with soy and oil mix. Mix with chopped parsley. Optionally, you can further pepper.
