Two-layer colourful smoothies... the Bottom layer is thick and rich, and upper-lightweight, berry, reminiscent of last summer.
Ingredients for Smoothie yogurt with buckwheat cereal
- Cereals buckwheat - 3 tbsp.
- Curd - 50 g
- Black currants - 100 g
- Banana - 1 piece
- Yogurt - 160 ml
- Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
- Raspberry - 50 g
- Strawberries - 50 g
- Yogurt - 100 ml

Step by step instruction of cooking Smoothie yogurt with buckwheat cereal

For the bottom layer I used frozen black currants. Defrosting it is not necessary. Banana will cut random pieces.

In the bowl of a blender put the oat flakes from TM Mistral, currants, banana slices, cheese, and powdered sugar. Pour all the yogurt and beat for 30 seconds or until smooth.

Pour smoothie into glasses, filling them to 3/4. The glasses with the smoothie, put into the fridge while preparing the top layer.

For the top layer: I have fresh strawberries, frozen raspberries.

In the clean bowl of a blender put the frozen raspberries, strawberries, icing sugar and pour all the yogurt. Beat 30 seconds or until smooth.

For the currant layer gently pour the top layer. I poured on the knife blade. Decorate to taste and serve smoothies to the table.
