This is a very tasty, tender and delicious. Liver and potatoes with oatmeal-sour cream filling under a cheese crust!

- Potatoes - 400 g
- Chicken liver - 300 g
- Oat flakes - 4 tbsp
- Water
- Salt
- Allspice
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Tomato - 0,5 PCs
- Cheese - 150 g

Step by step instruction of cooking Mini-julienne oatmeal with potatoes and liver

Pour the cereal with boiling water and allow to swell (2-3 minutes).
