Step by step instruction of cooking Buckwheat on-kupecheski

Add to the pan buckwheat, favorite spices (e.g. pepper, Khmeli-suneli, curry, etc.), stir, pour 1 liter of boiling water and put a Bay leaf. Allow to simmer until almost all water is evaporated.
