Delicious meatballs, which differ from the traditional more spicy taste. Especially when I want to, something mysterious and not quite normal.
Ingredients for Meatballs in a Chinese style
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Figure - 120 g
- Ginger - 10 g
- Green onions - Three
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Chili - 0,5 PCs
- Soy sauce - 50 ml
- Lemon peel
- Tomato - 1 ban.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Meatballs in a Chinese style
For making meatballs use rice Kuban TM "Mistral"
Figure rinse well, boil until tender in water ratio of 2:1 (2 parts water:1 part rice). Cool. Then the rice put in a bowl add the beef, mix well.
Prepare the remaining ingredients: lemon to remove the zest, ginger root and garlic peel, onion wash and shake off water. From pepper to remove seeds, if desired.
In a blender combine the onion, cut small pieces of ginger, garlic and pepper, add the zest and soy sauce. Beat until smooth. Add to the mince, stir thoroughly, add salt and pepper to taste, but remember that the beef is soy sauce.
Wet hands to form meatballs and put in baking dish. I got 13 things.
For the sauce, I clean the onions and carrots. Chop onion half rings, carrots grate. In a pan slightly fry onion, then carrots. Tomato cut arbitrarily, add the vegetables and the juice from the tomato. A minute or two carcass a little salt and sugar, then pour the meatballs and sauce in the oven for 25-30 minutes at t 200C. You can cook your sauce, but more sour sauce brings out the flavor of the meatballs.
