Ingredients for Ice cream cake "Ref."
- Chicken egg - 8 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Orange juice - 2 tbsp
- Leavening agent - 1/2 stack.
- Dark chocolate - 300 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Cream - 500 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Ice cream cake "Ref."
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Well whisk the whites with the sugar. In a separate bowl lightly wipe the egg yolks with vegetable oil and juice. carefully enter the beaten egg whites.
Grease the form, put the parchment and again to grease with fat. Spread the batter into the pan and bake the cake. Allow to cool and divide the cake into 2 pieces, cutting along.
Prepare the filling:
melt the chocolate in a water bath, add the butter and stir until then, until it dissolved. Thoroughly whisk whites with sugar until thick foam.
RUB the yolks with the chocolate and add the whipped whites. Cover each cake 1 /2 the amount of filling and freeze in the freezer.
Whisk the cream with sugar. Grease filling for each cake 1 /2 the amount of cream and freeze for another 2 hours. Save 1 /2 the amount of cream.
Holding hands with both sides carefully folded layers of the cake, so the dough was on the top and bottom, and between them the filling.
Cover cake with remaining cream. Cake should be stored in the freezer.
