A Sunny morning, outside the window the sea roars, the house smells of freshly baked baguette... As I want to please a loved one something special, gentle as the feelings that we have carried through the years of marriage. Unchanged our love remains the love of all things Mediterranean, including French cuisine. Cheese and France are inseparable. Today my dearest man, I was preparing a cheese soufflé in the best French traditions.
