These bagels can be cooked for Breakfast, to take on nature, work, child in school... Tender dough stays soft and doesn't get stale, and the cheese in this "sandwich" dries, everything stays soft and delicious even cold.
Ingredients for Sandwiches, bagels
- Curd - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Milk - 4 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Flour - 300 g
- Leavening agent - 1.5 tsp.
- Sausage - 200 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Cheese - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Sandwiches, bagels
Cheese, if very grainy, triturated through a sieve.
I took a mild 5%, triturated.
Add the egg, salt, sugar, milk and butter. Stir.
Add flour, baking powder.
Knead the dough.
Divide it into 2 parts.
Each part roll out in a layer about 5mm thick.
Divide with a knife into 8-12 parts.
On each triangle put cheese, sausage.
Add the cream cheese.
Turn the bagels.
Spread on a baking sheet on greaseproof paper.
You can sprinkle sesame seeds or cumin.
Bake about 20 minutes at 170S.
