Step by step instruction of cooking Soup "Soup"

Onion cut into. Fry in a pan or in a saucepan (if the saucepan with a thick bottom).

Add sliced meat to the onions and fry.
Before roasting I cooked the broth from the meat with sugar bone (approximately 3 liters). Then pulled meat, cut pieces and slightly fry with onion, broth strained.

Next, prepare the vegetables. Three carrots, cut tomatoes and peppers.

Add to meat prepared vegetables, tomato paste, fill with the prepared vegetables with the broth so that the vegetables with the meat was covered, and simmer 30 minutes.

After extinguishing spread the meat with the vegetables in a pan, lay the potatoes.

Pour all the broth (I needed 2 liters, because I wanted to make the soup thicker).

Season with salt and pepper and cook until potatoes are done.
At the end of cooking add the greens, garlic (squeezed through chesnokodavilku) and spices to taste.
