- Carrots - 1 piece
- Juice - 400 ml
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Starch - 1 tbsp
- Apple - 1 piece
- Water - 150 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking Pork Normandy

Take the pork and cut into pieces. Fry in a pan until Golden brown in vegetable oil. Put in a saucepan.

Cut the onion half rings and fry in the same oil, then here, add a peeled and chopped carrot half-rings. Fry for 3-4 minutes and add the Bay leaves.
