Omelette tender and tasty, and even filling, I think, will delight you and your family... it is very fast and simple, so that it can prepare your children! Just such a recipe on the website I found, so I share it with you.

In parallel, while it was baking the eggs, I prepared the filling: cut the ham into strips and rubbed on a coarse grater cheese.
In addition to this filling also available pre-cooked asparagus tips, mushrooms, seafood.
