Crepes de Pommes de Terre in French so they call these delicious pancakes. They are perfect as a side dish to steaks and chops or as a pillow for poached eggs. And as a separate dish, they are also very good. These fritters is a real find.

- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Cream - 3 tbsp.
- Butter - 1.5 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 tbsp
- Greens - 4 tbsp
- Ham - 1/2 stack.
- Mushrooms - 1/2 stack.

Step by step instruction of cooking Potato pancakes
