- Rice flakes - 1 Cup.
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Chickpeas - 3 tbsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Cream - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 200 ml
- Salt
- Black pepper

Step by step instruction of cooking Gratin of minced meat and rice cereal

Onions finely cut and fry in butter.

To the onions add the rice flakes and mix well.

Add the boiled chickpeas. Mix well.

Add salt and pepper to taste, stir and transfer to a baking dish.

Heat the butter and add the flour, stir. Boil, add the cream, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Stir until dissolved cheese. Put the sauce in a pot.
