I want to share with you my version of the lasagna recipe. I do not pretend to a classic recipe, but it is VERY TASTY!
Ingredients for Lasagna with meat and mushroom sauce
- Flour - 400 g
- Chicken egg - 5 PCs
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Minced meat - 700 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1.5 stack.
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Parmesan - 200 g
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Black pepper - 2 tsp.
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
- Flour - 3 tbsp.
- Milk - 1.5 stack.
- The broth - 2 stack.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Lasagna with meat and mushroom sauce
In warm water to dissolve the tomato paste.
Beef stir-fried with finely chopped onions, add salt and pepper. Simmer until evaporation juice. Add water with dissolved in it tomato paste and cover, simmer until evaporation. The picture is not loaded! A hundred times I tried, well, not like!
Boil the mushrooms, drain, chop. A decoction of the leave.
Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil.
Spasserovat flour in oil, dilute with hot milk and mushroom broth. Sauce boil for 10 minutes until thick. Add the mushrooms, season with salt, and cook for another 5 minutes.
The dough and cook in salted boiling water with vegetable oil (so the sheets do not stick together) 15 minutes.

Coat the dough with the sauce.
Put the filling of minced meat.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Continue alternately sandwiching the lasagna in the same order.
