Chicken breast stewed in a spicy sauce. Another option for a quick dinner for the family
Ingredients for Braised chicken fillet
- Chicken fillet - 4 PCs
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Adjika - 3 tbsp.
- Cheese - 3 tbsp.
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Mineral water - 200 ml
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Millet - 200 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Braised chicken fillet
Mix the water with the vinegar and oil. Place the solution in chicken for 5 minutes.
Will tell you what is needed. The vinegar will make the fillets more dense and juicy. When cutting a fillet will not crumble (as happens sometimes with boiled chicken). And chicken breast is very juicy!
Put boiled millet on the side. I used wheat bags from Mistral
For sauce - mix the sour cream, soy sauce, minced garlic and seasoning.
A little bit about the sauce. I use home preparation. If not, you can use a spicy tomato sauce or purchased tomato sauce
Fillet remove from acidulated water, dry it with a napkin. Quickly fry in a pan on both sides and cover with sauce.
Simmer, covered on medium heat for about 25 minutes
5 minutes until cooked in the sauce type cheese. I used cheese, bacon, mushrooms.
Wheat bags put on a plate. Chicken fillet cut into pieces and pour the sauce in which the chicken was stewed.
