Step by step instruction of cooking Buckwheat noodles with vegetables and teriyaki sauce
1. Zucchini, carrot and bell pepper cut into large julienne strips and stew under a lid until tender.

3. Add to steamed vegetables boiled noodles, garlic, mixture of spices and teriyaki sauce.
