Ingredients for Green beans in peanut sauce
- Green beans - 250 g
- Peanuts - 30 g
- Onion - 0,5 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Milk - 4 tbsp
- Ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- Hell - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper
- Green beans

Step by step instruction of cooking Green beans in peanut sauce

Beans boil until tender in salted water.

Peanuts fry in a microwave oven (минуты2) and clean. Grind 20g of peanuts in any convenient way for You (I crushed in a coffee grinder), and 10g of peanuts to leave for decoration.

To prepare the sauce in the pan mix the crushed peanuts, ginger, horseradish, vegetable oil, soy sauce (I used Kikkoman TM), 2st. L. milk and pepper.

Onions cut into half rings and pan fry until it will turn brown. Then add the beans, garlic, stir and fry for 3-4 minutes.

Next, add the peanut sauce and mix thoroughly. Saute 2-3 minutes, add the remaining milk (2st. L.) and simmer for another 2 minutes (if You like the resulting consistency, the milk can not add).
The beans are ready, can bring to the table, garnished with nuts and herbs.
