The recipe for this bread came quite by accident, just left boiled white rice, after cooking cabbage and I decided to experiment and add it to the bread dough. The experiment was successful, and the bread turned out airy, soft and milky, with a pleasant structure. Now bake it often!
Ingredients for Rice bread
- Flour - 400 g
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Water - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking Rice bread

In warm water add sugar, salt, yeast and vegetable oil.

Boiled rice grind in a blender until smooth, for ease, add a few tablespoons of water.

Both masses mix.

Add the flour and knead the dough.
Let it rise in a warm place, covered with a towel.
Then form a loaf or bread, to make cuts.
Spread on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour, and let go for about 15 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven at 190*C for 45 minutes.
