- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking Paprikash beef

Meat cut into cubes.

Onion cut into small cubes. Add to the pan the butter and fry the onions until slightly Golden.

Then add the paprika and stir intensively until the peppers will not absorb all the oil.

Then add meat, mix well. Fry everything together for 2 minutes.

Add the soy sauce. Mix well.

Further, the Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes and add to the meat.

Add water, stir, add salt if needed and pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat until tender. (it took me 1 hour).

10 minutes before readiness add finely chopped garlic and sour cream. Some more stew all together and turn off the heat. Serve with your favourite side dish. I have a side dish of mashed potatoes.))
