Step by step instruction of cooking Coffee Panna cotta

Soak the gelatin in cold water. (you can use powder)
To combine the cream, milk and 50 g sugar. Up to 80", not boiling, stir well. Add the instant coffee and liqueur.

To take a couple of spoons of coffee and cream the mixture well to heat and dissolve it well and pressed the swollen gelatin. To add to the main mixture and mix well. Pour into 200 g cups or glasses and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
