To get, to expose the bars, upside down (cake will not fall out, as the edges are oiled) and throw that in a form upside down with a height of 30-50 cm on the grid (so the bottom was the air) and leave it to cool for 4 hours. then remove the form by sliding a knife along the walls, separating the paper from the bottom.

CREAM: so I decided to bake a cake with fruits, I made sour cream - a good cream with fresh berries, light and tasty. Fresh thick cream (I have: 20 %) whipped with powdered sugar to taste+vanilla.
Put in a bowl 1 piece of cake, you can soak a little strawberry syrup or sweet tea, to put some sour cream, put half of the berries fresh strawberries, cover the 2nd part of the biscuit. Grease the sides with cream and decorate with strawberries. Top decorate as desired (sprinkle with powder sugar).
