The secret of this dish is balance of flavors of sweet plum, salty soy sauce and spicy fried onions. Fragrant rice "Jasmine" perfectly complements the ensemble. Easy to prepare but very tasty dish!

Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken fillet "Balance"
For starters, you need to put a pot of water for rice on the fire. Also put on fire a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.
