Ingredients for "Goliasova" soup
- Beef - 500 g
- Potatoes - 5 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - 2 PCs
- Peppers red hot chilli - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Water - 2 l
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking "Goliasova" soup
Onions finely chop. Fry in small amount of vegetable oil until Golden brown. Then add the coarsely chopped pieces of beef. Evaporate the water and fry.
Then add the flour and fry until Golden brown.
Add water and a couple tablespoons of tomato paste. Cook on low heat for 1-1. 5 hours, until the meat is tender. The water should not boil, just bubbling.
After add the coarsely chopped potatoes and sliced Bulgarian and hot pepper.
Bring to a boil. Add the chopped garlic.
Add salt, spices, and cook until tender. Approximately another 30-40 minutes.
