Pie without the pastry "Gift from Santa Claus"

Fancy cake for new year's table will bring a variety that will delight both children and adults for their exquisite taste! It is possible to prepare and assemble before the holiday, and bake the pie in the oven the next day.
Ingredients for Pie without the pastry "Gift from Santa Claus"
- Tomato - 1500 g
- Basil - 1 tsp.
- Bread crumbs - 3 tbsp.
- Garlic - 1/2 tsp.
- Figure - 250 g
- Dutch cheese - 80 g
- Broth - 600 ml
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Pepper - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Salmon - 500 g
- Shrimp - 300 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Dutch cheese - 50 g
- Parsley - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pie without the pastry "Gift from Santa Claus"
Tomatoes cut into halves, remove seeds and place in a colander to drain juice. The flesh save.
Pave halves on a baking tray covered with baking paper, brush with oil and sprinkle with Basil. Mix the garlic and breadcrumbs, sprinkle this mixture into the tomatoes. Bake in warmed up to 180"oven for 25 minutes. Be guided by your oven! The biscuits should not turn black!
The tomatoes we preserved, crushed with a blender. Place in a saucepan and simmer until complete evaporation of the liquid (if tomatoes are sour, add a pinch of sugar). Add the chopped pepper and simmer for another couple of minutes, add the Tabasco (you can substitute ground black pepper), cool.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom heat the oil and lightly fry the rice.
Pour in the fried rice, the broth, remove the heat and simmer until all the liquid evaporates. The rice should not be overcooked. Cool. To postpone 3 tbsp of cooked rice for decoration.
Mix the rice with the sauce from tomatoes and peppers, then add whipped with a fork egg and cheese, mix well. Season with salt to taste.
Good to heat the oil and fry the garlic. Remove the garlic, and oil to fry shrimp 1-2 minutes on each side. Drain shrimp on a paper towel.
In the same oil lightly fry chopped into small pieces the fish. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon so that the oil left in the pan.
Chop the shrimp with washers. Leave 1 shrimp for decoration.
The bottom and sides of a high form (I have an old saucepan) 20 cm in diameter and 10 cm in height covered baking paper.

Fill the bottom with a thin layer of rice.
On top place half of the fish filling. And then build on the sides of the second row of tomatoes.
Cover the fish filling with a thin layer of rice (not forgetting the sides of the cake), and then the remaining fish filling. Close to the fish layer with the remaining rice and complete the Assembly of the tomato halves cut down. Bake in a well heated to 180"With the oven for 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven!
Ready pie to cool in the shape of 25 minutes, and then, turning on a dish, decorate, making the pompon of white rice (the one we saved) and the rim around the cap.
