The meat – stripped bovine pulp – wash, dry well and cut into thin wedges. Vegetables washed and cleaned. Chop the onion and peppers corners, garlic arrows - sleepers, and mushrooms if the mushrooms – leave whole. If other, then cut into pieces according to the peppers. Ginger chop finely.
