Step by step instruction of cooking Pork braised with orange peels

Pork and cut in to medium pieces. Salt and pepper to taste.

Onion cut into half rings (I got a very bitter, cut arbitrarily) and fry in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes.

To the onions add the meat, lightly fry, pour a little water and simmer.

My orange, peeled. Peel cut into arbitrarily.

Add peel of citrus in the meat and simmer until tender orange peel.
