Make the cream: pour the first tablespoon of gelatin in water and leave for few minutes to swell. Swollen gelatin put in a saucepan and put on the minimum fire. Gelatin dissolves very quickly. We then drain and set aside until the side. In blender, beat cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar, so that we have a gentle homogeneous cream without lumps of cheese.
Pour in gelatin and stir well. The cream will get runny, as it should be.

Cover the form with cling film and put in the fridge for a few hours. I usually do in the evening and left overnight.
