Carp stuffed with rice cereal and chickpeas

I'm sure many baked fish for the holiday table. I want to offer another version of gefilte fish. As a filling I use rice flakes and regular rice, chickpeas and vegetables, mostly carrots. Very tasty!

Ingredients for Carp stuffed with rice cereal and chickpeas
- Carp - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 25 ml
- Cheese - 45 g
- Allspice - to taste
- Oregano - to taste
- Chickpeas - 4 tbsp
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Rice flakes - 5 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Carp stuffed with rice cereal and chickpeas
Rice cereal should pour boiling water and leave for 4 minutes.
On a fine grater grate the carrots and fry in vegetable oil.
To the carrots add the chickpeas. Mix well.
Carp to clean and gut it, rinse with water.
To the stuffing add crushed garlic clove and salt to taste.
Add to stuffing rice cereal. Mix well.
Add in the sour cream and stuffing mix.
The stuffing is ready!
Stuff the carp with the stuffing.
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with oregano to taste.
Well lubricated with cream.
... and sprinkle with grated cheese.
To put in the sleeve for baking.
Baked carp in the oven at 180-200 degrees for one hour.
